Dr.Care massage chairs are extremely durable and can last you for 30 years or more. When you buy a massage chair, you don’t want to have to buy another one the following year– we get that. Dr.Care Massage Chairs are backed by a full 30-day total-satisfaction guarantee. Return any product within 30 days for a full refund.

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
You must keep the original box and packing materials for return shipping.

How do I keep my chair clean?

Dust off the chair with a dry microfiber towel or lightly vacuum.
After dusting off, apply lukewarm water to a microfiber towel and wipe down their chair. If necessary, dry with another microfiber towel.
Do not use any harsh chemicals, as this can affect the chairs fabric and cause damage.

Electrical Use

Dr.Care massage chairs plug into any standard outlet. When the chairs are idle they consume 5W and 300W when in use. Our chairs meet Energy Star requirements.

Space Saving

Our Dr.Care massage chair is roughly about the same size as an individual reclining chair. They do require only about 6 inches of space behind the backrest at any given position.

What is white glove and curbside delivery?

Dr.Care provides free shipping nationwide with drop off at your curbside. If you do require white glove service we can accommodate it at an additional fee.

How wide is the chair to fir through my front door?

Many home door entrances are about 36 inches and provide enough clearing for a massage chair that is 30 inches in width.

What is the expected shipping time?

After an order has been fulfilled it takes approximately two weeks for you to receive the chair.

What is considered nationwide shipping?

Dr.Care provides free shipping nationwide. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories require an additional fee for shipping.

What are chair airbags?

Airbags provide a compression massage, as opposed to the kneading, rolling, or tapping motions provided by rollers. Our massage airbags are located around the shoulders, seat sides, arm and hand areas, lower back, neck, hip, calves and feet.

What is zero gravity?

Zero gravity position, raises your legs above your heart level and evenly distributes your weight along your body. The chair will recline all the way back to the neutral body position.

What are the differe massage types that come with my chair?

Dr.Care massage chairs are equipped with different massage techniques that include shiatsu, Swedish, deep tissue, foot reflexology, heat massage, air compression, and zero gravity.

What is 3D and 4D body scanning?

4D massage chairs do everything that 3D massage chairs do in terms of motion. The rollers will also go up and down, side to side and back and forth. 4D takes this a step further, by adding a 4th dimension to its massage movement technology which is that it also adjusts speed.

What are s-track/chair rollers?

Massage chair rollers that are located in the backrest of the chair massage and pinpoint the neck, down to the back, and cut off at the tailbone area.

WHat kind of stretching, is performed by the masasage chair?

The stretch program basically works by first reclining your back and then arching to stretch your back and abdominals. Next, the airbags in the massage chair pad inflate around your shoulders and calves to hold you tightly in place, then the ottoman goes down, creating an arch in your body.

Where does heating come from the chair?

Heated massage chairs are designed to deliver gentle, sustained heat to certain parts of the body to aid in relaxation and tension relief. Nestled amid a heated massage chair’s complex internal network of rollers, scissors and motors are heating elements that are controlled by the chair’s operating system. Heating elements are most frequently aligned with the lumbar, or lower back region, since many people tend to carry a lot of tension here.

What is l-track?

L-Track massage chairs work the same way as S-Tracks, but can extend further down the body. An S-Track massage chair would only go as far down as your lower back, but an L-Track can travel down to your glutes or hamstrings.

How often should I use my massage chair?

You can use your massage chair about three to four times per week for maximum effectiveness for lower back, neck, or shoulder pain. If you are using the chair for stress relief or relaxation, one to three times per week should be just fine.
